The Korean Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Society (KOMISS) has been at the forefront of training spine surgeons for over two decades, delivering excellence in minimally invasive spine surgery education. The KOMISS Endoscopic Fellowship Program serves as an intermediary, providing KOMISS members with opportunities to directly visit and observe endoscopic surgeries. Through short-term visitations and long-term fellowships, members can enhance their surgical skills and contribute to academic research.
